We are thrilled to recruit for the role of Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the winery’s financial planning and decision-making processes. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position works cross-functionally with all departments, including Viticulture, Production, Operations, Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale Sales. This role supports the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting, while also serving as a key business partner in DTC and Wholesale sales analytics. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and data-savvy with a strong ability to drive actionable insights across the business.

What we will ask you to do:
• Support the development of the annual budget and preparation of related financial reporting.
• Incorporate 12-month rolling forecasts and Latest Estimates based on updated business inputs and trends.
• Support accounting and operations finance during the monthly close process with data validation, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and participation in monthly close meetings.
• Assist in the monthly financial review process through preparation of reporting and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.
• Identify and produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and partner with leadership to track and automate reporting where possible.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform DTC and wholesale business planning by leveraging analytics across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Merchandising, and Consumer Intelligence.
• Design and present internal sales analyses, product studies, competitive intelligence, sell-through data, and marketplace research to drive key insights across the team.
• Support DTC’s annual business and financial planning and revenue forecasting efforts.
• Develop and manage lead KPI reports to support regular performance tracking across Visitor Center, E-Commerce, Wine Club, and GMS business units.
• Provide analytics feedback to assist with merchandising and refreshing product listings to ensure continued consumer engagement.
• Support the ongoing development of data hygiene in Salesforce to ensure accurate customer account and purchase behavior reporting.
• Assist in roadmap development and implementation to enhance data management and harmonization across Salesforce Core, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Square, and Tock.

What you should bring to the table:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis; experience in the wine, beverage, or CPG in
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and CRM systems such as AMS, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and associated marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Tock).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong interest and elevated level of curiosity in Finance and Accounting.
