About This Role

The Club and Member Experience Manager oversees the winery's wine club, ensuring exceptional member experiences. This role involves managing membership acquisition, retention, and engagement, as well as organizing events to enhance the member experience. The Manager leads the Club and Member Experience team and collaborates with the Tasting Room Manager to train, motivate, and incentivize the hospitality team to drive wine club growth.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to grow wine club membership, including acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for wine club members, by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Train and develop the club and member experience team to ensure that the team consistently provides exceptional hospitality and customer service to members.
- Collaborate with the hospitality management team to plan and execute exclusive
- Contribute to the creation of menu items and experiences that elevate member experience
- Ensure timely and courteous follow up and resolution to interdepartmental inquiries and requests.
- Maintain regular communication cadence with members via email, newsletters, social media and personalized outreach.
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics that empower and inspire employees to meet and exceed standards
- Collaborate with Marketing and Hospitality teams to promote wine club memberships and events that drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with Winemaking and Hospitality to plan membership allocations for all club releases
- Maintain knowledge of, and comply with, all departmental policies and service procedures
- Adhere to all health department and safety regulations as required
- Maintain a safe and fair working environment for all. No exceptions
- Prioritize, organize, create, contribute and follow through

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hospitality, guest service, wine club management and/or events.
- 3+ years hospitality experience
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Washing State MAST Class 12 permit and Food Handler’s permit

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Work at a computer for extended periods and see color
- Must be available weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

Pay Range Details

The pay range for incoming hires into this position is $75,000 – $85,000. Within this range, actual individual starting pay is determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant training.
