Saracina Vineyards is a small boutique winery and the gateway to the beautiful Mendocino wine country. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small but passionate production team for the 2025 harvest season. We specialize in crafting elegant, small-lot wines with a hands-on approach in both the vineyard and cellar. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience and build a foundation in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all general harvest operations, such as:
• Perform pump-overs and punch-downs
• Cleaning and sanitation of tanks, equipment, and tools
• Vineyard maturity sampling
• Fermentation monitoring
• Grape processing/pressing
• Support with basic lab analysis
• Barrel racking, filling, topping

Qualifications:
• Previous winery or harvest experience preferred
• Forklift experience/certification a plus, but not required
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Must be a team player and comfortable working in a small team environment
• Proficiency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the winery
