We are a vibrant, hospitality-driven winery located in the heart of Dry Creek Valley. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional wine and creating unforgettable experiences for every guest. We're currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Tasting Room Associate to join our team.

Position Summary:
As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll be the face of our winery—providing warm, welcoming service and sharing your knowledge of our wines and story. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for hospitality, sales, and wine.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality.
Lead wine tastings while educating guests about our winery, philosophy, and wines.
Convert visitors into Wine Club members by sharing the benefits and excitement of membership.
Recommend wines based on guest preferences and actively up-sell selections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tasting areas throughout the day.
Set up and break down tasting spaces before and after service.
Replenish wine and merchandise stock as needed.
Represent the winery at off-site events or external pouring engagements when requested.

Qualifications:
Outgoing, positive, and customer-focused personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, guest-facing environment.
Sales experience and/or previous tasting room or hospitality experience a plus.
Must be 21+ years of age and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Insurable driving record
Weekend and holiday availability required.
