About the Role

Stags' Leap Winery, a Napa Valley historical luxury winery is looking for hard working, energetic and dedicated harvest interns for our 2025 Harvest Season.

You will be responsible for:

Multiple tasks (workload permitting) including pump overs, sanitation, barrel filling, vineyard maturity sampling, processing, analysis, sampling and additions, crush pad operation, inoculations, racking's, grape receival, fermentation monitoring, pressing, and other duties as needed.

About You
* Demonstrated commitment to the wine industry. We prefer if you have a degree in or are currently enrolled in Enology, Viticulture, related scientific field, or winemaking certificate program. 
* Previous winery experience is desired, but not required.
* You have an understanding of fruit processing and fermentation.
* You can work as a dynamic and contributing team member in a fast-paced environment.
* You have excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively in English.
* You have strong organizational and problem-solving skill and the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
* You must have a good driving record, dependable transportation, and be 21 years or older.
* Must work over-time, weekends and holidays as required.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a physical exam, and work on your feet for up to 12 hours a day. 
* Previous forklift experience is desired, but not required.
* Must be able to build great relationships with team members.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $20 to $26 per hour and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our St. Helena, CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
