Chain Sales Manager

About the Role

The Luxury Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and distribution performance across key regional and national chain accounts in their assigned geography. This role focuses on executing retail strategy, strengthening trade and distributor relationships, and chain account management. The Manager collaborates closely with the Treasury Region Chain Director, distributor sales and merchandising teams, and internal commercial stakeholders to activate programming, manage budgets, and accelerate business growth across retailers and the region.

This is a remote position based in Texas.



Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned to national TAM priorities and account-specific plans.
* Lead annual and quarterly planning with assigned customers, including new item reviews, planner submissions, and business reviews.
* Execute national authorizations at retail and drive POD growth and volume through effective programming.
* Identify regional opportunities using IRI and consumer insights and translate them into actionable retail initiatives.
* Maintain fiscal responsibility and manage annual market budgets with accuracy and discipline.



Distributor Management
* Serve as the lead liaison to distributor sales and merchandising teams, driving execution through work-withs, trade education, and retail event activation.
* Partner with distributor teams to identify white space opportunities and support new product introductions.
* Develop planning calendars and communication tools that enable distributor teams to effectively execute programming.



Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Insights, Supply, Finance, and Commercial Strategy teams to inform planning and execution.
* Coordinate with Public Relations and Events teams to support brand-building initiatives in-market.



Key Decisions
* Strategic prioritization of accounts, programming, and investment to drive profitable growth.
* Identification and execution of regional opportunities in alignment with national goals.



Key Challenges
* Aligning customer, distributor, and internal KPIs for cohesive execution.
* Achieving merchandising, pricing, and assortment objectives across complex retail environments.
* Ensuring compliance and maximizing ROI through distributor partnership and field-level activation.



About you
* 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management required.
* Prior experience managing chain accounts and distributor relationships.
* Beverage-alcohol experience is strongly preferred, CPG experience a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field required, MBA a plus.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; IRI and syndicated data experience preferred.

Candidates may be located anywhere on the East Coast, however preference will be given to Florida candidates.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $103,000 to $119,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
