About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Tasting Room Manager to lead our hospitality operations Friday through Sunday and on holiday Mondays. This is a highly visible and guest-facing position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, story-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the tasting room team and ensure smooth daily operations
Create a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment for all guests
Manage reservations and private group tastings
Train and mentor staff on service standards and wine knowledge
Maintain inventory, point-of-sale, and cleanliness standards
Support wine club sign-ups and direct-to-consumer sales goals
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of tasting room experience OR 2+ years in a management role
Deep knowledge of wine, especially Napa varietals
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable with POS systems and winery CRM software (e.g., WineDirect, Tock, etc.)
Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and storytelling
