We focus on family-owned wineries delivering exceptional quality and value across all price points. Our portfolio includes brands like Les Jamelles (Languedoc), Bodegas Care (Cariñena), Dierberg/Star Lane (Santa Barbara), Guido Marsella (Campania), E. Molino (Barolo), and Arnaldo Rossi (Tuscany). We aim to represent families producing outstanding wines, regardless of price.

We are looking for a Denver-based Marketing Manager to craft dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate our brands across digital and trade channels. If you're a wine lover with a creative flair and passion for marketing, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Digital Marketing:
- Create Buzz: Develop and execute strategies to engage audiences and grow brand presence across channels.
- Social Media: Manage platforms like Instagram and TikTok, creating engaging content that tells the story of our wines.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with the team on seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Analytics: Use Google Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Content Creation: Write compelling, on-brand copy that brings our wines to life.

Trade Marketing:
- Develop Programs: Create trade marketing initiatives, including selling tools, POS materials, and trade communications.
- Sales Collaboration: Work with the Sales team on strategic programs for wholesale and on-premise channels.
- Track Performance: Monitor key metrics, measure success, and report on ROI.
- Manage Materials: Ensure the Sales team has all necessary POS materials.
- Adapt and Improve: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance trade marketing efforts.

Creative Content & Coordination:
- Design: Use Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing materials for campaigns and trade programs.
- Website Management: Create and manage content for a stunning, user-friendly website.
- Capture Moments: Plan and coordinate photoshoots/videos to highlight our wines.
- Event Planning: Organize memorable events like VIP tastings and trade shows.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Track Success: Set KPIs for both digital and trade marketing initiatives.
- Optimize Strategies: Adjust tactics based on performance data.
- Turn Insights into Action: Use social media and trade data to make informed decisions.

Team Collaboration:
- Work Hard, Laugh Hard: Join a fun, creative team dedicated to pushing boundaries and making great wine even more memorable.
- Present with Impact: Share insights with senior leadership, providing recommendations for future strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital or trade marketing (wine industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- A great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Preferred:
- Wine knowledge or eagerness to learn about wine regions, production, and distribution.
- Event planning experience (e.g., wine tastings, trade shows).
- Passion for the wine industry and its culture.
- Valid driver’s license for winery visits and events.

Compensation:
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + bonuses
