At Preferabli, we’re excited to invite passionate professionals to join our growing concierge team for Tastefuli, our Napa-focused app that hand-picks where guests drink, dine, and explore. We are seeking a Lead Concierge Team Member to bolster our guest services and hospitality team by delivering outstanding, memorable guest experiences. This is an in-person, guest-facing role that will involve close collaboration with high-end clients and winery partners to manage bookings, create tailored itineraries, and ensure flawless service execution.
The ideal candidate will excel at managing winery reservation requests, resolving issues quickly, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs), and creating standard concierge operating procedures (SOPs) as the business grows.

As lead concierge, you will play a vital role as the face of hospitality for our guests. You will be empowered by cutting edge technology – the Tastefuli mobile app. Your role will hinge on combining charming, 1-1 service with technology solutions to optimize the guest experience. What You’ll Achieve:
- Efficient Reservation Management: Use our proprietary software to handle reservations seamlessly, processing requests from the Tastefuli mobile app, inbound emails, in person requests, or our Retool platform.
- Deliver Prompt Responses: Address reservation inquiries within SLA windows, exemplifying our commitment to exceptional service.
- Generate Insightful Reports: Prepare daily reports on reservation volume, challenges faced, and support needs.
- Drive Process Improvements: Share constructive feedback to refine workflows and technology, enhancing the overall customer journey.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address inefficiencies in the reservation process, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead Reservation Team: Lead team of junior concierge team members and reservation specialists.
Where You’ll Work:
- This is an in-person role, physically based in a large hotel in the town of Napa, and may also spend time in our Downtown Napa office.
- We are looking for full-time and part-time candidates. Please indicate your availability in your application.
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Typical working hours will be from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
- Hours may vary by season or be updated to reflect changing business needs.

Compensation range $25-$35, commensurate with experience.
