Dineen Vineyards, a family-owned and highly respected producer in the Yakima Valley, is seeking a dynamic Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales Manager to lead our tasting room and DTC strategy in Zillah, Washington. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced wine sales professional to shape guest experiences, grow a passionate team, and expand our loyal customer base.

About the Role
As the DTC Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the Dineen brand—delivering exceptional hospitality, driving revenue through wine sales and wine club growth, and fostering strong local partnerships. You’ll work closely with ownership and play a critical role in shaping the future of our direct-to-consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Sales Strategy

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing DTC team to exceed sales and wine club acquisition goals.
Actively participate in tasting room sales and guest engagement; lead by example with strong hospitality and product knowledge.
Train, coach, and retain top talent in wine sales and service.
Develop and monitor sales KPIs and performance benchmarks.

Hospitality & Guest Experience

Curate compelling, brand-aligned tasting experiences that convert first-time visitors into loyal customers.
Maintain a hospitality culture rooted in education, warmth, and excellence.
Host VIPs, industry partners, and media with professionalism and personalized attention.

Marketing & Outreach

Build visibility through local tourism boards, event organizers, and regional wine alliances.
Represent Dineen Vineyards at off-site events and tastings.
Manage tasting room marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google, Yelp) to drive engagement and foot traffic.
Create and implement referral, incentive, and loyalty programs to build long-term customer value.

Operations & Administration

Oversee all tasting room operations including POS systems, scheduling, inventory management, and compliance.
Develop and manage the DTC budget with an eye toward efficiency and growth.
Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with health and alcohol regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of tasting room or wine hospitality experience, including 1+ year in a sales or management role.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience managing DTC budgets of $250,000+ and leading teams of 6+.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 48 lbs.
