Foursight Wines is a family owned and operated winery located in Boonville, in the Anderson Valley of Mendocino County. We produce authentic, award-winning wines from our estate, Charles Vineyard – produced in the traditional manner. We focus on small-lot Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. This is a great opportunity to delve into the world of natural winemaking at a respected, estate vineyard.

We are searching for a harvest intern for the 2025 season, starting in late August through mid-October (flexible for the right applicant). Housing is available, plus many meals.

Responsibilities include:
•  Working with the winemaker to prepare for harvest (berry sampling, lab tests, cellar prep, etc.)
•  Cleaning and sanitizing equipment (tanks, hoses and more)
•  Setting up the crushpad for processing
•  Sorting fruit as it arrives and conducting hand punchdowns during fermentation
•  Assisting with pressing and crushpad clean-up

Job Requirements:
•  Must be able to lift 50 pounds, repeatedly
•  Available to work varied hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary
•  Able to work in a physically demanding, team environment
•  Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
•  Attention to detail

No previous experience is required, but a passion to learn about winemaking and a positive attitude are a must!

Salary: $20-22/hour
