Amista Vineyards, the First Sparkling House in Sonoma County to be 100% CCOF Certified, is looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused Hospitality & Sales Associate to join our tasting room team!

Amista Vineyards, founded in 2004, grew from a lifelong passion for wine that began with a conversation between our co-founders in 1982, leading to experiments making "garage wine" that quickly evolved into a search for the perfect vineyard, ultimately leading them to their beautiful property in Dry Creek Valley. Over the years, we meticulously chose and planted varietals thriving in this region, a path that ultimately led us to our CCOF certification. As pioneers, we craft estate-grown Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wines – the first in Dry Creek Valley – and our diverse portfolio includes fruit-focused still wines. Amista means "making friends," a philosophy central to our welcoming guest experience and success.

Key Responsibilities
•  Provide a warm, friendly experience to all guests, embracing the spirit of "making friends."
•  Share the Amista story and describe our wines and winemaking approach (including our organic practices).
•  Meet or exceed individual wine sales and wine club signup goals, cultivating loyal relationships.
•  Efficiently use POS system (WineDirect or Commerce7 experience a plus!) and maintain accurate CRM records.
•  Assist with tasting room setup, cleanup, and restocking, ensuring a beautiful and pristine environment.
•  Support winery events and occasional offsite events, extending our hospitality beyond the vineyard.
•  Work collaboratively with a fun, motivated team.

What We're Looking For
•  Must be 21+
•  Outgoing, dependable, and personable with a great sense of humor.
•  Passion for wine and eagerness to learn more about our unique sparkling and Rhône varietals.
•  Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
•  Tech savvy with basic computer skills.
•  Available to work weekends (our busiest and best sales days!).
•  Experience is a Plus: While previous experience in hospitality or retail sales is a bonus, we value a fantastic attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills above all! We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with their hospitality and sales acumen, and we're committed to providing the dedicated training necessary to excel within Amista's unique environment and product portfolio.

•  Schedule: Part-time, seasonal (2–3 days/week), including weekends
•  Pay: $19–$23/hour (DOE) + incentives + gratuities
•  Location: Amista Vineyards, Healdsburg, CA
