Position Summary
Williams Selyem is searching for a dynamic Estate Concierge to join our Hospitality team.
Main responsibilities will be to answer telephone calls, handle all emails sent to the Hospitality Inbox, assist with booking and confirming reservations for our List Members and their guests, assist List Members with itinerary building during their visit to the area, and prepare Tasting Salon collateral for the hosts, assist Auction Winners with their property stay.
All applicants must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events, be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds (a case of wine).

• Proven ability to multi-task, plan, organize, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer the telephone and assist List Members.
• Handle all emails sent to the Hospitality Inbox.
• Assist with booking and confirming reservations for our List Members and their guests.
• Prepare Tasting Salon supplies and collateral.
• Assist List Members with itinerary building during their visit to the area.
• Assist List Members with purchases over the phone and through email.
• Assist customers with shipping updates, order issues, or other customer service inquiries.
• Handle scheduling of pick-up orders and organizing short-term storage of will call orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local concierge, transportation companies, and other important business contacts to allow for the best accommodations for our List Members and their guests.
• Maintain contact list for industry connections.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
