Harvest Intern 2025

EFESTE (pronounced “F-S-T”) established in 2005 has been producing premium Washington wines with an emphasis on minimal intervention techniques such as native fermentation and low oxygenation. We source our exceptional grapes from the finest regions in Washington, including sourcing from our three Estate vineyards, Angela’s Vineyard, Oldfield Estate Vineyard, and Taylor Mag Vineyard.

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, and positive intern to help with our 2025 Harvest (late August – mid/late November). This will be a flexible part-time position, roughly 20-35 hours a week, with varying work shifts, potential overtime in peak season, and weekends as needed.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and have a sense of pride in your work. Your tasks will include anything and everything harvest related, including sorting fruit, punch downs, cleaning tanks and equipment, sampling and monitoring fermentations, cleaning and filling barrels, be able to lift 55 lbs, and tolerate long days of standing on your feet and physical labor.

Previous harvest and beverage production experience is desired but not required. Some forklift experience is highly desired, although training can be considered.
Our winery is conveniently located in the warehouse district of Woodinville.

Pay will be $20 - $22 and hour depending on experience.
Lunch will be provided by the company on processing days!

Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
Must be able to work in the US and have legal transportation.
