About the Role

The Senior Strategic Account Manager is a key national account leader responsible for shaping and executing strategic growth plans across major regional chains and national accounts for Treasury Americas. This role drives the long-term vision for assigned accounts, delivering sustainable volume, share, and profitability growth while aligning internal cross-functional resources to maximize executional excellence and customer value. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Division Vice President, Treasury Commercial Managers, regional and national chain buyers and distributor counterparts.

This is a remote opportunity, based in Florida.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Leadership & Account Management
* Align customer strategy with TWE's global and U.S. commercial priorities, portfolio goals, and innovation pipeline.
* Own the end-to-end strategic account planning process for assigned customers, setting a clear vision, measurable objectives, and long-term growth strategies.
* Lead annual joint business planning (JBP) with key accounts, setting aligned KPIs across volume, assortment, pricing, and promotion.
* Develop and implement customer-specific marketing, promotional, and innovation plans that drive incremental growth and portfolio premiumization.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, insights, marketing, supply chain) to optimize performance, identify gaps, and resolve barriers to success.
* Drive white space identification and category expansion through new product development (NPD) insights and data-driven recommendations.

Operational & Financial Stewardship
* Manage and optimize account budgets, billbacks, and spend efficiency to ensure profitable revenue growth and ROI-positive investments.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including depletion trends, distribution performance, promotional effectiveness, and market share.
* Oversee allocation strategy, especially on high-demand or limited-release SKUs, balancing customer needs with business priorities.



Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
* Serve as the primary liaison between Treasury Americas and key customer stakeholders, fostering strong, solution-oriented partnerships.

About You

* You have several years of progressive experience in sales, strategic account management, or business development; beverage alcohol or CPG experience highly preferred.
* You have demonstrated experience leading joint business planning and managing high-impact retail or regional chain accounts.
* You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/Nielsen).
* You have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
* You have a bachelor's degree. MBA or advanced business education preferred.
* You are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, market data.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $108,000 to $125,000 per year and a target bonus and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Based on the location of the incumbent, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
