The Marketing Coordinator is an integral support role within our team, responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and physical platforms. This position blends creativity with organization—helping to tell the story of our wines, support brand consistency, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of campaigns, online presence, and communication efforts. DUTIES
Marketing Support & Execution
•  Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to implement and support strategies that promote brand awareness and drive DTC sales across email, social media, text, print, advertising, and in-person experiences
•  Collaborate on and execute seasonal promotions, wine release campaigns, hospitality initiatives, and special events

Digital & Social Media
•  Manage, cultivate, and grow Domaine Drouhin Oregon and Drouhin Oregon Roserock social media presence (e.g.Facebook, Instagram, and customer experience channels such as TripAdvisor, Google, and Yelp), in line with company goals and values
•  Maintain and update product data and content in Commerce7 and on the website (including new SKUs, events, releases, and special offers)
•  Maintain accurate site information, add events, and special offers across all relevant websites (WVWA, Dundee Hills Winery Association, OWB, etc.)
•  Perform regular online audits of our digital presence and optimize the online consumer experience based on data-driven insights

Communication & Coordination
•  Provide creative, on-brand, copywriting for social media captions, newsletters, and other digital and printed communications
•  Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align marketing messaging and support guest services and DTC sales initiatives
•  Compile, review and communicate monthly reports on digital marketing and social media performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts
•  Organize marketing assets in shared drives and support archive maintenance

Design & Media
•  Maintain and design marketing collateral and materials using Adobe Creative Suite (tech sheets, flight menus, media library, videos, presentations, printed brochures, signage, merchandise, etc.)
•  Assist in planning and executing brand-aligned photoshoots, including styling, art direction, and organization of digital assets
•  Create engaging photo and video content to enhance storytelling and support marketing initiatives and social media
•  Attend on-site events to assist with setup and coverage, capturing and posting real-time content for social media and marketing archives

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
•  Positive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful attitude; strong team orientation is essential
•  Bachelor’s Degree (concentration in Journalism, Sales, Marketing preferred) or equivalent work experience
•  Excellent writing and communication skills
•  Proficient with Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Analytics, Social Media platforms and management systems. Experience with C7 e-Commerce is beneficial
•  Active presence on and experience managing social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X/Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Threads, etc.
•  Self-motivated multi-tasker with a strong work ethic, exceptional time management skills
•  Working knowledge of wine and ability to create compelling wine-related content
•  Proficient in producing engaging visual and video content
•  Ability to adapt, learn, and contribute while working in a team environment
•  Willingness to assist with a wide variety of winery and marketing projects, including occasional on- and off-site events
•  Interested in expanding current wine knowledge

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to Director of Sales & Marketing.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Onsite
