Position Overview
The Central Florida Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key on-premise accounts within the greater Orlando region. This role is exclusively direct field sales and brand building—not distributor management. Success in this position hinges on strong existing relationships, a deep knowledge of the regional market, and a tenacious approach to new business development.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starting wine professional who thrives in the field and is passionate about connecting fine wine with hospitality-driven accounts. Daily use of a CRM system is required to track sales activity and support strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales goals in collaboration with winery leadership.

Maintain a visible field presence (4–5 days/week) building new business and servicing key accounts.

Cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads with a focus on high-end on-premise opportunities.

Stay current on market trends, openings/closings, and regional shifts to maintain a competitive edge.

Utilize CRM to manage geographic sub-regions and create alpha target lists.

Track all activity and performance metrics using CRM and provide consistent reporting.

Represent Sinegal Estate at trade and consumer events to increase brand exposure.

Monitor pricing (SRPs) to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Submit weekly sales recaps, performance updates, and market insights to the management team.

Adhere to all company policies and Florida ABC regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of successful fine wine sales experience in a field-based role.

Established relationships with key on-premise accounts in Central Florida.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (PipeDrive or similar) to track fieldwork and opportunities.

Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through.

Self-motivated with a solutions-focused, entrepreneurial mindset.

In-depth knowledge of wine styles, regional producers, and the three-tier system.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and travel locally with occasional overnight trips.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $105,000

Bonus: 20% annual performance-based bonus

Allowances: Car & Travel

Benefits: 401(k) with company match, 15 days PTO annually
