We are seeking an Estate hospitality host to assist part-time with customer experiences.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, passionate and can be the face and tell the brand story of our brand. The ideal candidate should enjoy working as part of a team, have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, relate warmly with customers and co-workers, maintain a sense of humor and remain professional in any work environment. Previous tasting room experience is desirable but not necessary. Wine, restaurant, hotel or other hospitality experience is preferred.

We maintain extremely high customer service standards, and this role is responsible for creating memorable and unique customer interactions on site at our Estate.

Essential duties include greeting & hosting guests, booking reservations, helping with setup and cleanup of tasting experiences, processing orders, and keeping our Estate clean and ready to host visitors. Additional administrative tasks and other Tasting Room activities to be assigned as requested by The Estate Manager.

This role may require working weekends.

Qualifications

•  Flexible and positive attitude with changing roles and job responsibilities
•  Excellent hospitality and customer-service skills in person & via email/ phone
•  Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Suite, Dropbox & Google Drive (Commerce7 is a plus)
•  Energetic & Detail oriented multi-tasker who can think quickly on their feet
•  Professional appearance and upbeat demeanor
•  1-2 years of experience in a customer-service setting
•  Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
•  Must be able to lift & carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
•  Must be at least 21 or older
•  Enthusiasm, focus and positive outlook
•  Hospitality focused on providing guests exceptional service
•  Ability to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings
•  Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Hourly position based on experience/ plus commission opportunities.
