DRNK Winery, a boutique on Laguna Ridge of the Russian River Valley, is seeking an experienced Harvest Lead and Intern to join the 2025 Harvest team. Located in Sebastopol, DRNK works with fruit from throughout Sonoma County. Our Harvest positions are involved in all aspects of harvest and winemaking activities. Self-starters with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and great attitude are encouraged to apply.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Filtration and Bottling
- Crushpad work (Sanitation of processing/cellar equipment, fruit sorting/processing, and clean-up)
- Barrel/cellar work (Monitoring fermentations (Brix & temps), punch downs/ pump-overs, cleaning/filling barrels, etc.)
- Vineyard sampling
- Basic Lab Analysis
- Assist with draining and pressing
- All other harvest related duties as required

Prior winery experience required and education completed in Viticulture, Enology, or related field. Candidates should be highly motivated and excited to work with good wine! Successful candidates should also be detail driven, possess an aptitude to work well under guidance and supervision, have good communication skills, be reliable, punctual, and prepared to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.

Period of employment will likely extend from August through mid-November.
