Vintage '59 Imports, is seeking a driven sales representative to service restaurant and retail accounts in the greater DC area (DMV). This position involves representing and selling both our Direct Portfolio as well as the portion of the V59 Portfolio that is distributed by Winebow.

We represent artisanal wine producers from France & elsewhere in Europe, USA, and NZ, both as a direct wholesale in the DMV and California as well as a National Importer working with multiple distributor partners around the country (including Winebow in the DMV). - You are looking for a long term professional home.

and even better, if you have:

- Experience selling artisanal European and American wines & spirits at wholesale or other level.
- Foreign language skills, particularly French or Italian.
- A wine certification.
- Familiarity with producers in the Vintage ’59 book.

Compensation is primarily commission-based but includes base salary and expense reimbursement. Employees are eligible for 100% company-sponsored health insurance on commencement of employment, and are eligible for SIMPLE IRA retirement saving benefit with 3% company match after 12 months.
