This role will be hybrid, based out of Texas.

About the Role

The Regional Chain Director is responsible for driving growth and performance across Treasury Wine Estates' luxury portfolio within their assigned region. This individual will lead regional chain account management and development in alignment with national strategies. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-oriented sales leader with strong retail acumen, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of national and regional chain account management within the assigned region.
* Demonstrate deep understanding of the multi-unit retail environment and how to navigate its complexities.
* Execute regular calls with key retail partners to secure new item placements, implement programming, and reinforce brand priorities.
* Deliver on key retail objectives including sales volume, marketing program execution, pricing compliance, and profitability targets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of account activity, programming, and results.
* Achieve or exceed depletion, shipment, and revenue goals for the region.
* Lead pricing strategy execution from COGS through to retail shelf placement.
* Leverage market and scan data to inform account-level strategy and identify growth opportunities.
* Conduct consistent market visits and ride-withs to ensure compliance, activation, and in-store brand visibility.

Team & Chain Management
* Coach and develop direct reports and distributor teams to ensure deep understanding of brand priorities, standards, and commercial goals.
* Establish and manage performance objectives and KPIs for retail execution managers, sales managers and other direct reports.
* Utilize syndicated data and internal analytics (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, compliance tracking) to inform regional strategies.

Administration & Analysis
* Submit timely and accurate travel and expense reports within budget guidelines.
* Effectively manage any A&P or marketing budgets
* Provide ongoing competitive pricing intelligence and insights.
* Deliver routine performance reports to senior leadership, including key accomplishments, market trends, and upcoming market strategies.

About you
* Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to build new business.
* Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving brand growth.
* Experience within structured, performance-oriented sales organizations.
* Minimum five years of experience with a wine supplier, importer, or distributor.
* Bachelor's degree required.

These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data..
