Harvest Internship 2025

Kenzo Estate

Napa, CA

Job Description:

Kenzo Estate is a beautiful 3,800 acre estate winery located on and surrounding Mt. George east of Napa, with 170 acres planted to red and white Bordeaux varietals. In a setting of natural beauty, this property has a unique, cool climate and is farmed with precision and care to make wines at the highest level of elegance and complexity. The natural diversity of soils and exposures combine to give the wines exceptional depth and an identity singular to Kenzo Estate.

Kenzo Estate is seeking three enthusiastic intern candidates eager to join the winery team for the upcoming 2025 harvest. Experience is a plus, but not necessary with the right attitude, attention to detail, work ethic, and capacity and willingness to learn. You will work closely with our winemaking team in every aspect of harvest from harvest preparations, fruit sorting, fermentation management, barrel work, and moving the wines to barrel. The job will involve cleaning and sanitation, physical labor, long days – all of which will demand focus, being invested in the daily tasks, endurance, and striving for excellence with every step. There will be plenty of opportunities to learn and taste, but the wine will always be the priority.
