We are looking for an experienced, motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proven ability to drive sales, and a passion for quality beverages. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of products to off
and on premise accounts, as well as other clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our customers, ensuring that our mutual needs are met and that our products are represented in the best possible light. The ideal candidate will have a desire to excel in sales, industry knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to clients. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and meeting sales targets. This position requires travel within a designated territory, attending industry events, and conducting product tastings and presentations. You will work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and alignment with promotional campaigns. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is key to success in this role. You will also be expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt your sales strategies accordingly. Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients in assigned territory
-Promote and sell a portfolio of products to different trade channels
-Conduct tastings, presentations, and training sessions
-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity
-Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams

Requirements
-Proven experience in beverage sales or related field
-Strong knowledge of industry products
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and willingness to travel
-Proficiency in CRM, google office products preferrred
-Strong negotiation and closing skills
-Ability to conduct engaging presentations and tastings
-High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; commensurate experience also acceptable
