Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Logistics Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This hybrid role is essential to supporting both financial operations and the physical logistics of wine distribution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, tech-savvy, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys a balance between desk work and active warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and support financial reporting.
•  Prepare invoices, reconcile bank statements, and assist with month-end close.
•  Coordinate shipments to customers, distributors, and events using WineDirect and Copper Peak Logistics.
•  Physically prepare shipments, organize warehouse spaces, and manage inventory transfers.
•  Perform regular inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy across locations.
•  Interface with carriers and partners to ensure timely, compliant shipments.
•  Utilize tools like QuickBooks, Excel, WineDirect, VinoSmith, and Innovint to streamline tasks.
Qualifications:
•  2+ years experience in accounting, finance, logistics, or administrative support.
•  Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and accounting software like QuickBooks.
•  Ability to lift and move wine cases (up to 40 pounds).
•  Strong attention to detail, personal organization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
•  Familiarity with winery operations or DTC wine shipping a plus.
