Job Description:

The Barn Manager oversees the operations of our members-only private Clubhouse - this covers our membership management, member’s social programming, fielding, designing, and executing inbound venue rentals, as well as the day to day operations of managing the facility and members clubhouse. The role involves interacting with and hosting members and clients, management of on-site staff and scheduling, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members and clients. This position wears many hats and has large growth potential.

You have a keen understanding of luxury hospitality, a passion for exceptional service, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to create unparalleled experiences. You can handle the duties and responsibilities of multiple schedules and deadlines, with the ability to shift priorities as needed. Being a self starter and creative problem solver are critical to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervision of staff at The Barn, determining scheduling needs and staffing based on member and client activity.
Vendor Management: Managing the many vendors we work with both for day-to-day operations of The Barn and for the many events we host. This includes identifying key vendors, managing relationships, and evaluating quality.
Membership Management: You are the front line for our growing membership. This position handles member communication and needs, runs orientation for new members, and will also host prospective members on tours.
Events and Social Programs:
As a venue site, this role will be responsible for responding to all inbound rental requests, working with prospective clients on the design of their event, and executing the event, including staff and vendor management.
As a private club, this role will also be responsible for designing and managing the club’s social program for members.
Facility Operations: You are responsible for the upkeep and appearance of The Barn. This includes managing vendors to maintain standards, keeping supplies stocked, identifying improvements, and general tidying of the clubhouse as needed.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage a team and vendors and work in a fast-paced luxury service environment.
Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.
Background in luxury hospitality, wine clubs, event management.
