Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to manage the maintenance of equipment and facilities across our sites. This hands-on role ensures smooth operations through regular servicing, repairs, and general upkeep. The position also includes support with basic wine production tasks and general logistics as needed.


Key Responsibilities

- Perform and coordinate maintenance across multiple winery locations
- Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and winery-specific systems
- Conduct general building maintenance (lighting, carpentry, doors, basic repairs)
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and documentation
- Oversee external contractors and service providers
- Support bottling, harvest, and seasonal winery operations
- Assist with basic cellar and wine production tasks as needed
- Contribute to logistics activities, including transport and warehousing


Qualifications

- 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a winery
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in winery operations or cellar work preferred
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Willingness to work extended hours during harvest and peak periods
- Forklift certification and relevant licenses a plus
- Valid driver's license required

- $26–$30/hour, depending on experience
