We are hiring a Business Development Leader to cultivate and grow the Western Region, (CA, WA, NV, AZ, NM) this position is based S. California.
Essential Duties:
85% focus on account management / 10% focus on distributor management/ 5% administrative
Maintain a key account list and develop personal relationships with key buyers/owners and managers
Review monthly account performance
Diligently collaborate with and communicate with appropriate distributor sales reps and brokers regarding your activities in the market.
Travel to key cities/markets to drive strategic account placements
Build on key business relationships.
Operate within assigned annual spending budgets

Key Requirements:
Must live in S. California
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business or related field experience.
3+ years of Distributor and Broker Management
Willingness to utilize and fully leverage VIP/Karma capabilities
