Best Bottles is seeking a wine and spirits sales associate. You will be on the front line of customer service, providing a tailored experience for our guests, cultivating lasting relationships. The ability to multi-task and thrive in a demanding retail environment is essential, and you will be encouraged to further develop your expertise with daily opportunities to taste, teach and learn while you work.

Who you are:

•  Passionate about wine and/or spirits, and thirsty to learn more

•  Hard-working and self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

•  Available to work some nights, weekends and holidays

What you will do:

•  Deliver exceptional customer service over multiple channels (in-store, phone, email)
•  Fulfill phone and online orders
•  Restock product (must be able to lift 40 lbs, and go up and down a flight of stairs)
•  Occasionally make deliveries within a 15 block radius of the store
•  Taste wine daily, and participate in team tastings
•  Report to the store founder
