Sales Ambassador

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a track record of success in selling boutique wines to a high-end clientele. This role is ideal for someone who is a seasoned sales professional that thrives in a sales environment, understands relationship-driven selling, and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and growing our wine club membership. This role will also involve hosting private tastings, hosting off site tastings, managing high-touch guest experiences and representing our brand at winery hosted events.

The individual in this position will be by nature friendly, enjoy fostering genuine relationships, and a positive person who can collaborate well within a team environment. Responsibilities Include:

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

+ Hosting elevated, high-touch wine experiences for VIP clients, collectors, and trade partners, with a focus on meeting sales goals and wine club conversions.

+ Proactively cultivating and strengthening relationships with top clients and members through personalized outreach, tastings, and ongoing engagement.

+ Strategically growing sales and revenue by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new releases or exclusive allocations.

+ Utilizing a deep knowledge of luxury wine sales and customer preferences to tailor recommendations and create memorable experiences that drive long-term brand loyalty.

+ Managing and executing targeted phone and email campaigns to re-engage past buyers, convert high-value prospects, and enhance retention.

+ Leading VIP and offsite trade events, representing the brand with professionalism and a strong sales-driven mindset.

+ Maintaining expert-level knowledge of POS and CRM systems, with the ability to track client preferences, sales data, and follow-up opportunities.

+ Ability to effectively build relationships with concierge partners, guests and co-workers

+ Ability to work within a small team and take direction from peers

+ Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity and positive outlook

+ Assist with all winery events

+ Ability to work weekends and most holidays is required

+ Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

+ Ability to lift a standard case of wine multiple times (50 lbs)

+ Must be 21 years of age.

This position would include a base salary complemented by a commission structure and full benefits. Additional assignments and milestones will be established upon employment.
