About the Role

This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of our organization by driving leadership development and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness. As a key member of the Americas People & Culture leadership team, you will design and execute strategies that elevate team performance, build essential capabilities, and align our organizational structure with strategic business priorities. With visibility at the senior leadership level, this position requires both a visionary approach and operational expertise to translate best practices-whether from within our global network or external benchmarks-into impactful, tailored initiatives for the Americas. You'll lead the implementation of key global programs, such as Engagement & Inclusion Surveys, Talent Assessment, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, ensuring they resonate with and drive change in our regional teams.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and lead innovative organizational effectiveness and leadership strategies that align with TWE's global People and Talent frameworks, while adapting them to meet the unique needs of the Americas region.
* Translate high-level strategic initiatives into clear, actionable plans, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
* Design and implement comprehensive leadership development programs, including coaching, succession planning, and high-potential talent development initiatives.
* Oversee regional engagement and inclusion survey participation, action-planning, and implementation of initiatives that address key focus areas.
* Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, making these values a cornerstone of our organizational effectiveness.
* Lead change management initiatives for key strategic programs, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success across the organization.
* Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, using feedback and analytics to refine strategies and maximize impact.

About you

* You have 5-7 years' experience in organizational development, leadership development, or related areas with proven ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution
* You have exceptional business acumen, with the ability to align people strategies to organizational goals.
* You have strong leadership presence and influencing skills, with experience working with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
* You have expertise in leadership coaching, organizational design, team dynamics, and culture-building strategies.
* You are data-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of measuring and communicating program impact.
* You are dept at navigating global organizations and managing across diverse cultures and regions.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $170,000 to $175,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
