Your Typical Day

As a full-time Production Assistant, you'll be actively involved in all aspects of cellar and production operations, including racking, blending, fermentation management, and bottling. You'll also contribute to crush pad activities like fruit sorting and pressing, maintain detailed production records, and ensure the cellar remains clean and organized.
From supporting quality control to assisting with retail stock and special projects, your role will be essential to our shared goal of creating exceptional wines year after year.
The anticipated compensation range for this production assistant position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

About You

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Two years of experience in a winery production environment, OR an associates degree or certificate in enology.
Forklift Certification or experience preferred
Your work ethic, positivity, and growth mindset set you apart from your peers.
You have basic computer skills and have worked with winemaking software (Vintrace)
