About the Role

Quality Control (QR Management): Oversee quality assurance from vineyard to bottle, ensuring product consistency and excellence.
New Product Innovation: Identify market trends and lead the creation of new wine products that align with our brand values.
Industry Networking: Represent our brand across California’s wine regions; establish strong partnerships with growers, brokers, and custom crush facilities.

Excellent palate and blending skills, or direct experience collaborating on blend development.
Passionate about craftsmanship, sustainability, and authentic storytelling.
Highly self-driven with a flexible, startup-ready mindset.
Able to travel regularly across Napa, Sonoma, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, and other key regions.

Play a critical role in building products that shape the next chapter of California wine.
Work alongside a passionate, entrepreneurial team with deep roots in winemaking and business.
Grow with a brand that values creativity, authenticity, and sustainability.
