We are a leading and award-winning supplier of enology products and equipment for the wine industry. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Equipment Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our technical sales efforts and overseeing equipment/service commissioning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of both our equipment and service divisions. We are seeking an individual with great technical skills and self-motivation who can:

•  Support technical service and equipment activities
•  Perform successful equipment commissioning for sold systems providing technical expertise during installation
•  Ensure service delivery aligns with company quality standards and customer expectations
•  Provide technical expertise during demos
•  Prepare and submit accurate service and commissioning reports in the required format
•  Identify and report operational needs within the service and equipment division
•  Collaborate with the products division to share market insights and support sales initiatives
•  Contribute to the development of sales targets for services, products, and equipment

Key Requirements:

•  Experience reflecting the ability to support technical service and equipment activities
•  5+ year experience in a technical role with knowledge of equipment commissioning and technical service processes
•  Excellent communication and reporting skills
•  Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
•  Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
•  Ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives
•  Ability to work independently as well as under pressure in a changing environment
•  Proficient in standard computer business programs.
