What You’ll Do:

- Lead and supervise the team, acting as Manager on Duty when required
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by sharing your knowledge and passion for wine
- Drive wine sales and wine club memberships, meeting sales targets
- Maintain an organized and inviting tasting room, executing opening and closing duties
- Take initiative in managing inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with event planning and execution, collaborating with the Tasting Room Manager
- Train and onboard new employees to uphold company standards
- Oversee tasting room communications, including guest inquiries and wine club support
- Assist the Wine Club Manager during wine club runs, ensuring smooth operations and member satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

- Must be 21+ years old
- At least 2 years of experience in the wine industry (tasting room, winery, or related field)
- A proactive leader who can take charge, support the team, and set a positive example
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with a passion for wine education
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel and Google Docs
- Knowledge of Commerce7 and Wine Pulse is a plus
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift cases of wine (up to 50 lbs.) and assist in monthly wine deliveries
