This internship is for our new winemaking facility on Kaiser Road in Napa.

This harvest, you'll play a vital role in our extensive micro-fermentation program, featuring 500+ barrel fermentations across diverse vineyards and techniques. Clients include AXR Napa Valley, The Debate, Denali Estate, Harbison Estate, among others.

Your Role: As a Harvest Cellar Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to all aspects of harvest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Grape processing: receiving, sorting, crushing, and pressing.
- Equipment operation and meticulous cleaning.
- Precise additions to juice, must, and wine.
- Cap management: pumpovers and punchdowns.
- Wine movements: racking, draining, and transfers.
- Barrel work: filling, topping, and stirring.
- Fermentation monitoring and management.
- Tank and press drain downs and dig outs.
- Continued topping and monitoring of other vintage wines.
