Wayfarer is looking for ambitious, diligent, and energetic individuals to join our winemaking team for the 2025 harvest. We are a small team operating at our winery in Healdsburg, where we work with care and focus to craft exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our estate vineyard.
Harvest activities include but are not limited to:
• Vineyard scouting
• Fruit reception
• Cap management
• Fermentation Monitoring
• Sampling/Lab analysis
• Barrel work
• Cleaning/Sanitation
Ideal candidates will have:
• Degree in Viticulture/Enology, or similar field
• At least 1 vintage of prior experience
• Forklift experience
• Strong desire to learn
• Love of wine
Minimum Requirements to apply:
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to walk on steep, uneven terrain
