Located in Sonoma, California, with an additional winery in Napa, we source grapes from some of the best vineyards in both counties. We are looking for individuals to join our team that are (ideally) not only passionate about wine, but also value working hard as part of a team. Previous experience in winemaking or wine education is preferred, though not required. It will be intense and crazy and stressful, but at the end of the day we try our best to have fun and make some beautiful wine! We look forward to hearing from you.

Draining and digging of tanks
Barrel work (washing, steaming, barrel filling, topping, racking)
Wine movement, racking, transfers, blending, pulling samples
Lees and pad filtration experience would be helpful
Must be a team player and willing to volunteer to help others when needed (this is a big team effort)
Willing and able to dig out large enclosed tanks
**Expect to work overtime as needed, between 8 and 10 hours a day, and 6 days a week during peak season

Qualifications:
Must be 23 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED are a minimum
Winery experience in high-end winemaking preferred
Must follow all safety rules at all times
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must be able to follow directions and ask questions when necessary
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule and willing to commute to both Napa and Sonoma
Must be able to work in varied weather conditions including sun warm/hot days and rain
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and stairs
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English (Some knowledge of Spanish is helpful, even if it's just the ability to understand and/or communicate)
