Responsibilities:

•  Lead wine tastings, guiding guests through our selection of wines and sharing knowledge about each varietal.
•  Assist customers in choosing wines suited to their preferences and offer recommendations for food pairings.
•  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
•  Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
•  Promote wine club memberships, upcoming events, and special promotions to guests.
•  Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our commitment to quality and hospitality.
•  Communicates guest, operational, staff and facility-related issues to the management for prompt attention.

Requirements:

•  Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in hospitality, wine sales, or customer service is preferred.
•  A passion for wine and a desire to learn and share knowledge with others.
•  Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
•  Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
•  Must be at least 21 years old and capable of lifting 40 pounds.
