My name is Neeta Mittal. My husband, Kunal, and I started LXV twelve years ago, as a way to integrate into the Paso community. Today, we make some of the best wines in the area with a focus on Willow Creek and other cool climate appellations, creating an unparalleled tasting experience and carving a respectable standing in the community.
We attribute our successes and accolades to the dynamic team members we have had over the years. As Kunal and I focus on growing LXV, it is our team members who carry the mission of LXV forward. Our mission is simple - every person who walks into LXV should walk out with an elevated sensory experience.

Qualifying Candidates:
Members of the industry with tasting room experience in Paso Robles
At least 1 year of tasting room associate experience
Exceptional soft sales and communication skills with an emphasis on upselling products and memberships
Knowledge/understanding of wine
Understanding of Paso Robles wine country, including the local vineyards and unique AVAs and terroirs of the region and the differences between them
A passion for culinary arts and experiences
Exemplary five-star customer service and hospitality skills
The ability to work within a small team and handle a wide variety of task and duties quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
High energy, tremendous self-confidence, and a winning attitude of “how can I help?”
The ability to work Mondays through Sundays from 10:30am to 6:30pm
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and spend a good portion of the day working on your feet
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER

An industry-competitive starting wage with raises based on performance and sales -

Starting Wages: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly - based on experience
In addition to hourly wages: tips, generous bonuses, and commissions are included, bringing the hourly wage to about $30.00 to $40.00 (varying)
