12th & Maple Wine Co. is Oregon's premier custom crush winery. Centrally located in the Dundee Hills, we serve producers throughout the Northern Willamette Valley and beyond. Established in 2005, our wide range of state-of-the-art equipment and enological techniques highlight our versatility.
We are seeking individuals who strive to take on what others believe to be impossible, who aren’t afraid to get dirty, know when to work hard, when to work smart, and when to have fun.
Our facility is state-of-the-art. Our modern facility’s innovative design and top-of-the-line crush equipment ensures all fruit is handled with exacting care and superior sanitation. Our diverse fermentation, aging, and bottling capabilities give our clients the freedom to express their own unique winemaking style. Working a harvest at 12th and Maple will expose you to both large and small scale winemaking and give you hands on experience with equipment and technologies that other wineries can’t. Whether it’s the wine, the people, or the work, the Willamette Valley fuels the Oregon wine industry and 12th & Maple is at the heart of it all.
We are currently seeking Harvest Crew members to join our team for Harvest 2024!
These are full-time, temporary positions starting August 26th and lasting until October/November.
The essential duties of our harvest crew include, but certainly not limited to:
•  Fruit processing, sanitation, punch downs, pump overs, pulse air, barrel work.
•  Wine movements, additions, and inoculations.
Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out in the industry, 12th & Maple is for you.
Ideal candidates would possess the following:
•  Enology, Crush, cellar, and/or forklift experience
•  Flexible schedule, 6 days a week during peak
•  Must be able to work and communicate well with others but also possess the ability to work independently when needed
•  Ability to learn and adapt quickly while complying with all standard operating procedures
•  Be able to work on your feet all day and able to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs.
