Pallet Wine Company is seeking an Assistant Winemaker to contribute to our fast-paced, dynamic winemaking team. Founded in 2009 and located in Rogue Valley Ava, Pallet Wine is a leader in custom crushing and private label wines.
The ideal candidate will strive for excellence in their job performance through teamwork and independent thinking, embrace efficiency and challenges, support each of our clients’ needs and contribute to the winery culture.
We are a small team and this hands-on position will be involved in all areas of winemaking including: compliance, record keeping, cellar work, laboratory analysis and winery maintenance. We will train the right person in all areas of the winery and business.
The ideal candidate will have some exposure to the wine industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Enology and a desire to excel in the wine industry. Recent grads are encouraged to apply.
