Enjoy wine with new friends and create memories with at the Brasswood Estate in St. Helena! Brasswood Cellars is a small-production, premium winery, looking for a Wine Educator to join our team, full-time or part-time, who is a wine lover that builds relationships and enjoys the beauty of having an allocated list of limited-production wine to sell. We hope you will love hosting guests in our stylish cave library, in the private spots around the estate, and for our delicious lunch pairing curated by our imaginative Winery Chef.

Brasswood Cellars wines are crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Angelina Mondavi. Hospitality experience and wine knowledge are required. More importantly, we are looking for someone who knows how to have a great time while selling wine. Must love working in a team environment. If this describes you, join the family!

RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Provide excellent and professional customer service, with an emphasis on creating customer loyalty and retention.
•  Understand and exceed sales wine monthly goals.
•  Perform daily tasting room duties: conduct tastings and tours, phone sales, restock wine, sanitize all high-touch surfaces, bus and wash glasses, perform inventory etc.
•  Build long-lasting relationships with the Napa Valley community and hospitality industry as a brand ambassador, promoting all the businesses on the Estate under one brand.
•  Collaborate with all departments to provide wine education and top-notch customer service, creating a team-focused environment.
•  Understand POS programs to process sales and shipping orders. Commerce7 experience is a plus.
•  Anticipate needs of the tasting room by learning all tasks and being pro-active in assisting the team.
•  Other duties, as assigned.

Applicants also must have:
•  Must be 21+ years of age.
•  Two years of tasting room experience/wine sales required.
•  The flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
•  Lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
•  Be energetic, accountable, safety- and team-oriented.
•  Maintain appropriate professional dress and personal hygiene standards.
•  Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
