Stressed Vines Cellars is hiring outgoing and friendly individuals to work part-time and full-time in our Downtown Healdsburg Tasting Room. Looking for energetic self-starters wanting to have a meaningful impact on a premium boutique wine brand's growth as a key member of the team. Privately owned, growth oriented, premium California winery with a track record of great wines & solid scores.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Help create a fun and enjoyable, interactive tasting experience
Be friendly and respectful to our customers and fellow staff
Greet all visitors to the tasting room and pour wines for tasting
Create a positive memorable experience for the guests
Share our story
Knowledgeably answer general and specific questions regarding the wines and winery
Handle routine sales transactions, including operating POS
Assist with display and stocking of retail items and wines
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of facilities
Assist with special events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
An outgoing “people person”
A knowledge and passion for premium wines or willingness to learn
A desire to gain In-depth knowledge of the Stressed Vines Cellars story, our wines and accolades as well as an overall industry knowledge.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have or be willing to obtain and maintain a current CA ABC Pouring Certificate
Well organized with ability to successfully work independently and without being micromanaged
Must be adaptive to change - we are a small, growing winery and frequently make adjustments to better suit our growth and objectives
Results oriented, innovative and strong relationship skills
Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
Proficient skills in Google Doc, Sheets, Keep and Gmail; will be used daily
The desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with co-workers and guests
Display integrity, character and strong relationship skills
Embrace all company procedures and policies
Must love dogs, Sully, our new winery dog will be at the tasting room most days, and we are a dog-friendly establishment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs for varying frequencies (a case of wine)
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in a retail winery tasting room environment

Pay: $25.00 + Commissions + Bonuses
