Tekstura Wine Co was founded in 2021 with the purchase of the Redford-Wetle vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Our 10 acre organically farmed vineyard, originally planted in 2006, grows Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Albarino, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gamay. Jared Etzel is the winemaker and the inaugural 2021 vintage drew acclaim from many critics. Our tasting room was opened in 2021 and is an intimate environment set directly in the vineyard with a fantastic patio outdoor seating area. 4


Position: Tasting Room Lead
Role: Operate the tasting room and handle DTC sales including our budding wine club. Social media management is also desired.
Qualities desired: A personable sales associate that has an intimate knowledge of wine and hospitality. Reliability is key.
Experience: 2-3 Years of tasting room experience. OLCC servers card required, must be 21. Tock and vinoshipper experience is a plus. CMS, WSET, etc certifications are a bonus.
You would be expected to work during our tasting room hours of Wed-Sun 12:00-5:00pm.

Hourly rate plus commission. Hourly rate dependent on experience.
