Rose & Arrow Estate, a terroir focused Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer, is seeking a Harvest Cellar Intern to join us for the 2024 harvest season. Located in McMinnville, we are seeking a team member with flexibility to work as needed during the harvest season. Our team is small and well provided for with daily meals and compensation based on experience. Previous experience is highly valued. 
 
Dates:
Mid/Early September to Mid-November
 
Responsibilities/Duties:
•  Extensive cleaning of equipment, tanks, barrels and facilities.
•  Assist in vineyard work, fruit processing, sorting, destemming, pump overs, punch downs and other winemaking tasks.
•  General cellar work as needed.
•  Monitoring fermentations.
•  Other duties assigned by the winemaker.

Requirements:
•  Full-time availability including early mornings, late nights, and weekends during the harvest season (schedule flexibility required).
•  Appreciation of team work.
•  Previous cellar experience preferred.
•  Punctual, reliable, and organized.
•  Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
•  Comfortable working on ladders.
•  Initiative to ask questions and work well with others.
