Reports to: Direct to Consumer dept / Client Service Manager Location: Onsite- at winery
Days and Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, may change based on business needs.

Position Job Description:
The Direct-to-Consumer Sales Coordinator is a multi-disciplinary sales and membership-focused role which encompasses DTC sales, client service, wine club administration, communications & outreach, shipping & inventory logistics, interactive tastings and special projects. This position supports the Retail team at large following the mission statement “To make wines of terroir, responsibly farmed, sustainably produced and joyfully shared”.

Core Responsibilities:
•  Development of sales opportunities – cultivating warm leads, referrals, corporate leads and other sales based on client leads/preferences, past purchase patterns, exclusive
offers, and seasonal campaigns (i.e. holiday, small-lot library availability) as determined by budgeted case and revenue goals
•  Cultivate customer relationships on the phone, via email and in person
•  DTC sales order processing via C7 and ShipCompliant
•  First responder for routine inbound customer service each day – via phone, chat (Red Chirp) and email to fellow@frogsleap.com, shop@frogsleap.com, visit@frogsleap.com,
and interactive@frogsleap.com
•  General data base upkeep – following up in C7 and with clients, as needed following each electronic, phone and postal mail campaign
•  Hospitality support, hosting client experiences on an as-needed basis.
•  Assist with wine club billing operations and scheduled releases. Will include, among other tasks, wine sales, list culling and spreadsheet management, email correspondence,
online chat, phone support, and member retention.
•  Primary contact for inbound wine club member service.
•  Data entry and upkeep, inputting enrollments, and maintaining membership accounts.
•  Execute membership reactivation efforts.
•  Host client events - member and non-member experiences, special events.
•  Assist with the regular sharing of information with the tasting room team.
•  Support Tasting Room team with Fellow “Will Call” system each shipment.
•  Follow-up on leads from client interest lists, those cultivated in Tasting Room and events, Fellow referrals.
•  Create Goodwill. Welcome all new Fellows and High-Spend clients via email/phone introduce self and team as contacts for future fellowship, service and ordering needs.
•  Support daily shipping and fulfillment operations for all direct-to-consumer sales (including Tasting Room, Inbound Sales, and Wine Club).
•  Assist with inventory transfer arrangements and shipment notifications.
•  Issue call tags/re-routes/re-shipments upon customer’s request, or at the direction of sales team.
•  Primary responder for inbound inquiries – via phone and email – for Interactive Tastings.
•  Follow inquiries through to booking on internal calendars, with TR managers and via Zoom
•  Prepare and send confirmation documents to Interactive Tasting participants
•  Accurately process Interactive Tasting kit orders and facilitate shipments promptly.
•  Adjust and improve program protocols.
•  Cultivate and maintain list of corporate contacts and repeat participants.
•  Set up, host, and breakdown Interactive Tastings.
•  Follow up with participants, customize communications, and pursue sales and membership opportunities.
•  Collaborate on the design and implementation of a Fellowship Interactive Tasting offering.
•  Participate in special projects – examples: invitation offers, RSVP confirmation, collateral and farm goods production, gift set assembly, inventory investigations, C7 data culling,
event planning and preparation, etc.
•  Develop ideas to execute special purchase programs, member retention.
•  Attend department and company meetings/trainings- may include early AM or late PM.
•  Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
•  Prior experience in service profession – winery, restaurant or retail in a service and sales capacity
•  Exceptional hospitality and communication skills to deliver world-class service; preferred approach is joyful, down-to-earth, gracious hospitality
•  Enthusiastic sales skills with focus on empathy and relationship building
•  Strong organizational skills with proficiency in understanding and executing instructions
•  Proficiency with C7 and ShipCompliant a plus
•  Flexible schedule based on business needs, including some weekends and holidays
•  Able to act independently to solve problems as they occur and implement corrective actions
•  Self-motivated and team-oriented
•  Positive professional demeanor
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Computer proficiency (POS systems, MS Office, Reservations Software) and able to learn new programs

Wage transparency disclosure: Hourly rate is $27.00 to $32.00 an hr depending on work experience and participate in retail incentive bonus program.
