Lambert Bridge is a small, ultra-premium winery located in the beautiful Dry Creek Valley, producing roughly 9,000 cases of wine annually. We strive to make distinctive, elegant wines that reflect a true sense of place.
Each year, our harvest interns become an indispensable part of our team, working directly with our winemakers to craft exceptional, small lot wines. The value added by our interns cannot be understated and we relish the opportunity to connect with individuals from across the country and internationally.
Working with some of the most exceptional vineyards in Sonoma County, we primarily focus on red and white Bordeaux varietals in addition to chardonnay. We are looking for cellar interns with a commitment to excellence that matches our own. As a harvest intern, you will participate in:

This is a 12-week harvest position offering $22/hour plus overtime pay. Interns also have access to a substantial employee discount on our wines. Employment starts in mid-August and ends in November. We ask that applicants be available without interruption during this time and be willing to work early mornings or evenings, and weekends.

• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Comfort lifting 50 lbs.
