Moorestown Super Buy-Rite is seeking a leader to join our team at a new and dynamic wine and spirits superstore in the Moorestown area. We are looking for candidates who have strong wine knowledge or a passion to attain it as well as experience as an assistant manager, manager or supervisor.

Job description:

This position's primary function will to be an ambassador to our guests for our wine selection. Showing them where to find what they are looking for and offering exciting suggestions while building lasting relationships.

As a Manager, you support the store team members to maintain our best-in-class service, selection, and value to our customers. You will oversee cashiers, stock associates, and sales associates. merchandiser/stock associates and cashiers.

You will:

Create and foster a sales-focused environment through the development of team members with a steady but consistent coaching style that promotes quality performance by having high expectations and supporting team members to achieve those expectations.

Open and close the store.

Oversee cashier, merchandising, and sales floor activities

Participate in wine training to become familiar with our store products.

Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
Maintain compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, such as ensuring that sales are only made to individuals 21+ with proper ID.

Salary $45,000-$50,000 annually

We are open seven days a week, so weekend availability is required
