Position Overview:
The Donum Estate is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Hospitality, this critical role is responsible for administrative, logistical and systems operations behind Donum's hospitality programs.

This role complements the Tasting Room Manager by focusing on back-of-house organization, reservations systems, inventory management, shipping logistics, and cross-departmental coordination. The Operations Manager also oversees the Guest Services team, manages TOCK reservation tiles and releases, and collaborates with the culinary and private events teams to support menu and wine flight planning. The Operations Manager will lead as MOD as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative & Systems Oversight
•  Manage TOCK reservation setup and release cadence to maximize capacity while preventing overbooking.
•  Coordinate with the Guest Services team to ensure accurate guest communication, reservation confirmations, and inquiry responses.

Inventory, Fulfillment & Logistics
•  Oversee shipping logistics, including coordination with fulfillment centers and international shipping partners.

Culinary & Experience Coordination
•  Collaborate with the Executive Chef to launch new canapé menus every 45–60 days.
•  Select and update corresponding wine flights for each menu launch in collaboration with the winemaking and culinary teams.

Team & Communication
•  Lead and develop the Guest Services (Concierge) team, ensuring consistency in guest communications and reservations handling.
•  Address all employee relations issues in a timely and appropriate manner and inform Hospitality Manager of any concerns.
•  Serve as acting Manager on Duty during tasting room manager days off.

Additional Responsibilities:
•  Represent Donum Estate in the broader wine and hospitality industry, establishing the winery as a destination for luxury experiences and forging relationships with key partners and vendors.
•  Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep the winery’s offerings fresh, innovative, and ahead of the curve, integrating emerging trends into new experiences and offerings.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
•  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and handle last-minute, unexpected changes or developments with grace and professionalism.
•  Must be a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in both independent and dynamic working environments.
•  Versatile and willing to work with enthusiasm and persistence.

Qualifications
•  3–5 years of operations or hospitality management experience.
•  Strong administrative, analytical, and systems background (TOCK, Commerce7, ShipCompliant, etc.).
•  Deep understanding of wine fulfillment and logistics.
•  Proven success in cross-departmental communication and project coordination.

Salary Range:
•  Range: $80k-$103K
