Ambassador
Luxury, family-owned winery based in Napa Valley. Our limited-production winery produces luxury wines allocated exclusively to our members and guests.
Position Summary
An ambassador is a front-line, face and voice to members, clients, guests, and referral partners. Working efficiently as an individual and as a team player, the ambassador not only promotes and sells at a luxury level in both winery state point of sale and outreach environments but embodies the culture, Mission, Vision, and Values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be the primary person to host guests with a personalized, elevated experience from the point of arrival to the point of departure.
• Sales execution via tasting room, email, and phone outreach, and hosting at guest home experiences in market throughout the USA.
• Ensure that any data entry is precise with all client service tasks to lessen customer service issues.
• Understand & embody refined style and always display it when engaging with members/customers/referral partners/vendors in person, via phone/ or email.
• Perform opening & closing duties as needed.
• Work with the Team to ensure Napa properties have the required inventory and proper settings to provide exemplary service for members and guests.
• Participation in off-site events.
• Sharing ideas and actively participating with the team about new ways to promote the Brand.
• Manage tasks via Commerce7 and ensure they are being completed on time and in an efficient manner.
• Assist in packaging project-related, odd-sized formats, product bundles, or custom orders.
• Be an active and engaged participant in all team meetings.
Position Details
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM, with availability one Sunday per Month
Status: Full Time salary with Commissions Structure and Bonus Potential
Work Locations: South Napa and Oakville areas with occasional National travel as required
Qualifications
• 2-5 years in related wine sales & hospitality role.
• Able to work closely with team members towards common operational goals.
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for elevated hospitality, wine, and the Napa Valley lifestyle.
• A neat appearance and gracious persona ready to engage members/guests/referral partners in any setting when representing the brand.
• Ability to multitask & prioritize daily operations courteously.
• Have an upbeat attitude while in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally for events as required.
• High proficiency in web-based commerce7 platform is preferred.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs. to stand on feet for long hours throughout the day.
